We strive to give you the best experience here at Blue Dragon and leave your taste buds wanting more. The Head - Chef has been in the cooking industry for over 26 years. He is best known for his delicious Chinese plates and his work at Golden Dragon in Irving, TX. Now he is here with us to serve you his own traditional Chinese recipes
